2025 MASS-SPECC Leaders’ Forum and Oath-Taking Ceremony

We are honored to invite our fellow co-operators to the upcoming 2025 MASS-SPECC Leaders’ Forum and Oath-Taking Ceremony, a significant event affirming our collective aspiration to build a better world.

This meaningful occasion will take place on July 11, 2025 (Friday), from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at N Hotel, Kauswagan National Highway, Cagayan de Oro City. The ceremony will carry the theme: “Co-operatives as Instruments for Sustainable Development and Social Justice.”

We are privileged to have Dr. Cielito F. Habito as our Resource Speaker, a renowned economist, educator, and former Cabinet Secretary. He will share his insights on the topic: “Agri-Industry Cooperatives: Our Path to a Vigorous Farm Sector.” Dr. Habito’s talk will emphasize the pivotal role co-operatives play in revitalizing Philippine agriculture through inclusive, sustainable, and value-adding approaches.

The program will also highlight the formal Oath-Taking and Turnover Ceremony for the new set of MASS-SPECC Board of Directors and Officers, Regional Steering Committee (RSC) Officers, Mindanao Cooperative Managers’ Club (MCMC) Board of Trustees, Coop Youth Parliament (CYP) Board of Trustees, and Mindanao Cooperative Hostel Services (MCHS) Board of Directors and Officers for the term 2025–2026. In conjunction with this, we will continue to celebrate the 2025 International Year of Cooperatives (IYC) and also celebrate the 2025 International Day of Cooperatives (IDC). 

This special celebration underscores our continued commitment to promoting inclusive progress, environmental sustainability, and equity through the co-operative movement.
